Mr. Blumberg has established responsibilities for our company operations to provide employment and advancement opportunities to youth and disadvantaged workers, to maintain the highest ethical standards and to be environmentally responsible.

We believe that good business can itself be good work. When one of our projects brings in 1,000 new manufacturing jobs to an African community and stimulates the economy. When we use green building materials for our developments, emphasize recycling, and install energy saving programs. Or when we help a country to do a better job of feeding its people.
